It was an okay experience, but I’ve definitely had better. I asked the guy to make my nails thinner than normal because I work with eyeglasses and it involves having to pick up and work with very small screws, etc. He did not seem very concerned with my request. During the process, I pointed out two fingers to him that had excessive amount of acrylic on one side of the nail and very little on the other side. I asked him to smooth it out. He briefly went over them with the drill and left them alone. I also had to ask him to fix the edges on the sides of almost every finger... he still left it looking sloppy. I’m also not happy with the fact that he left such a gap between the acrylic and my cuticles that it looks like my nails are already a week old. Yes, I am picky about my nails... but we pay good money for the services therefore it should be done right! I will give him credit though for not drilling too much on my natural nails. I didn’t feel tender the next day, so that’s definitely a plus!

THEY USED TO CARE- so many years of business I think the owners are burnt outWell how do I start. I'm not a complainer but I have been getting my nails done the same for 12+ years. This is used to be my go to place but I moved farther a bit father away but decided to return on a regular basis however I will never go back. It's like they don't care anymore and the place was a mess. I saw the problem occurring and tried to stop it early by communicating with Cindy, the owner. She did not seem to care about my complaint and they did not have the proper black to put my 😊 face design in my nails. So when the clear coat was applied the design smeared. I was told I had to wait a 1/2 hr to apply the clear coat. Time is money and this was unacceptable so I left . Thought I would put the clear coat on the next day. 62$ plus a 20$ tip which I paid first. The girl did tell me that she undercharged me and I said no problem until I saw the problem occurring. Long story short I had to remove all polish in 2 days and waisted my time and money. If Cindy would have listened and communicated my concerns then this could have been prevented, however she did not seem to care. She was right I was wrong. So no I was not happy with my happy face fingers. Laugh is on me. Had she cared then I would not be writing this review. FYI I'm really easy to please and very rarely write a review. It's like they don't care anymore after owning it for so many years. Fist photo was right before I just remove the second one is the way they should look.

This was my first visit to this salon. I was looking for a new place with good service but still decent prices. I was immediately greeted upon entering. I got an amazing pedicure by a young lady. She was very detailed and the message she gave me melted my cares away. The young man did my nails was very professional and did a great job. Only thing to know is TIPS MUST BE IN CASH. So bring cash for the workers

I cannot simply say enough good things about this place. And ESPECIALLY MIMI I have never had anyone do my nails as good as MIMI! I’ve been doing my nails over 30 years now and MiMi is by far THE BEST!!! To bad I had to leave to go back to NYC but as soon as I am back in FL MImi will be the one doing my nails. Talk about perfect French manicure!

I used to love this place but the customer service and listening to the customers has gone out the window. Everytime I go there I spend at least $100 for a fill and pedicure. Now, this could just be me, but I don't feel like I should have to pay those prices when the girl doing my pedicure wouldn't listen the 3 times I told her the water was too cold. She didn't listen and I ended up resting my feet on the side to avoid the cold water. Not to mention I had to ask her to go over my feet with the callus remover and to trim my toe nails over two times or else she would have skipped right over those critical parts of the service. Then off to get my finger nails done. Told them exactly what I wanted. My style doesn't change. The nail tech rolled their eyes at me and then still didn't do what I want. I'm tired of being charged outrageous amounts for way less than acceptable service. I won't be going back. Which is a shame. The place is clean and used to do an amazing job. They just don't care about returning business. Like alot of companies. I'm just all over disappointed in today's treatment of others.
